- What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, at this time we are not issuing refunds or returns due to COVID-19.
- What if I want to exchange?
We would like to reduce any risk of possible contamination, as we have no way to confirm if the products were opened and/or used. Therefore, we have a no exchange policy unless the products arrive damaged. See below for our damaged product policy.
- My product arrived damaged! What should I do?
Our products are double checked before they are shipped. However, we understand that shipping routes aren't the most delicate. If the product arrives to you damaged, immediately shoot us an email or DM regarding an exchange. Picture proof of damage is required. Please be aware that exchanges of damaged products MUST be done within 3 days of delivery date.
- I want to pick up my order at a later date. What should I do?
We hold Pick Up orders for 5 days after purchase date. If order is unclaimed after the 5th day, order will be canceled. A refund will be initiated, however it is important to note that abandoned order pick ups are subject to a $25 inconvenience fee. Please make sure to schedule and confirm order pick up details on our website.
- Why is shipping $7.99?
We offer flat rate shipping to ensure you get your products in pristine condition and in a timely manner.
- My order is getting shipped. When will it get to me?
Please allow 7 business days after products are purchased to arrive at your destination. We are not responsible for any mail carrier delays (USPS, Fedex, DHL and UPS). We provide a tracking number with each order. Please see the policy below for tracking number information.
- I just placed an order. When will I get my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are generated when shipping labels are printed. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking number notification. It will be sent via email used to purchase on the website. Before you contact us regarding tracking numbers, please allow for the allocated time to pass and check your SPAM folder for the email containing your tracking number.
- What are the tweezers made up of?
All tweezer tips are made up of the highest quality grade stainless steel on the market right now. We recommend storing in a protective case, tweezer organizer or tweezer roll when not in use to prevent dulling/bending of tip.
- How to clean your tweezers?
The stainless steel tip allows for maximum sterilization. We recommend using Marvicide / Barbicide in between clients to keep your tweezers shiny, sharp, and sanitized.
